Tom Daniels

Tom Daniels hails from Corner Brook, Newfoundland. Born in Labrador, he grew up in Corner Brook playing various instruments with his primary focus on guitar. Tom studied music at St FX University and went on to achieve a Masters in Music, Jazz Performance from New England Conservatory in Boston. He spent 12 years as a Professor of Music, heading the guitar department at his alma mater St. FX. He has been performing and teaching traditional Cape Breton music with his wife and musical partner Gabrielle MacLellan for over 20 years.
