Members of the Lamey family, Mary, Cara, and Eilidh have studied highland dance for several years with Kelly MacArthur and have also taken classes at the Gaelic College. Kaitlin Lamey has spent time learning piano from folks like Gordon MacLean and Heather Richards, performs regularly with Doug in duo form and also as a family, both here in Cape Breton and in Doug's home turf in the Boston area.
