Amanda MacDougall

Amanda MacDougall was born and raised in Judique, Cape Breton and has a long history with music. She began step dancing at the age of four and began piano lessons a few years later. She attended St. FX where she received her BA in music, along with her BED and MED. Amanda taught high school and elementary music for many years and now enjoys teaching grade 2 at Bayview Education Centre. Over the years, Amanda has taught privately and at the Gaelic College and has performed with many of Cape Breton's notable fiddlers.
