Allan Dewar

As a child in Halifax and Antigonish, Allan absorbed music from his surroundings. Without any formal training, he learned by ear, often surrounded by visitors eager for a tune. Attending countless concerts, dances, and house parties, Allan honed his skills. While he once toured with renowned Cape Breton artists, nowadays he primarily supports local fiddlers at various events like dances, concerts, and ceilidhs.
