Since the age of 12, Chris Babineau, hailing from Chéticamp, Cape Breton, the Islands' largest francophone community, has taken both traditional French and Scottish culture to heart. Since 2010, he has been Ashley MacIsaac’s go to guitarist, and is in high demand for fiddling accompaniment across Canada. One of his proudest achievements is co-producing and performing on the late Marc Boudreau’s “Live at the Doryman” album.
