Mitchell, a native of Port Hood, Cape Breton and the youngest of Mary Janet and Cecil MacDonald's musical 7, comes by his talent honestly, growing up singing and dancing alongside family. He would go on to have independent success as a Canadian Idol runner up and then continue his sibling collaboration with their band 'Company Road.' Now residing outside Antigonish and busy with a young family of his own, his latest endeavour is with his sister Margie and their 'Good Friggin' Company,' sharing weekly musical online performances along with their own line of merchandise.
